Shipping & Returns

We offer fast shipping to anywhere in the United States. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before orders ship. Once processed, the shipping you selected at checkout will reflect. Please note USPS priority or USPS Ground Advantage are not a guaranteed service.

Shipping Speeds

USPS Ground Advantage - 2-5 business day estimated arrival time.

USPS Priority Mail - 2-4 business day estimated arrival time.

USPS Priority Mail Express - 1-2 business day guarantee.

Returns

You may only return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks for items in transit, items with confirmed delivery, or items pending fulfillment without requesting a cancellation via email will result in loss of purchasing ability within this store.

Cancellation

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations done after the 24 hour period will not be refunded due to the strict nature of CBD payment processing, we can not allow chargebacks that exceed certain limits or our payment processing could be suspended.  We do however offer alternative refund options like cash app, venmo etc.   

Exchanges

If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us at support@traphauselife.com and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately! 

International Shipping

Traphause ships internationally to most countries where laws allow. If your country is on our list, any order you place will have the option to send to that country upon completion. If you do not see an option for your country, please email us at support@traphauselife.com 

At this time, all international orders are shipped via USPS OR FEDEX and take approximately 7-10 days for delivery (unless your address qualifies for other shipping options.)

Rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.

We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.

Traphause strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
